Hello,

I have been trying to add battery support in my android 9.0 source code which is typically modified for TV. I have external battery charger and fuel gauge IC connected over one of the I2Cs and I am also able to see the voltage and percentage on adb shell.

But my android systemUI is not responding to percentage and it simply does not change.
So, I want to update the percentage on status bar.
Any ideas???
