A look at HiKey970 debian performance

I ran a range of benchmarks to compare the HiKey970 to some other options on the market, amongst them the Odroid XU4, Up Board (Atom x5-Z8350) and NVIDIA Jetson TX2 & AGX Xavier:

One of the benchmarks:

The ‘ARMv8 Cortex-A73’ system is a completely stock debian board, updated to ‘Buster’. The ‘active cooling’ version adds a 60mm fan placed on the stock heatsink. The ‘cflags’ version uses custom CFLAGS to optimise performance in (most) benchmarks.
