BLE scan does not work

Hi Team,

We observed that BLE scan does not work with latest version of Hikey 960 board with the build image downloaded from - https://snapshots.linaro.org/96boards//hikey960/linaro/aosp-master/latest/ dated 13th Nov 2018 , this build corresponds to android Q master branch + kernel version 4.9.124.

Whereas BLE scan works fine with the same board with android P + kernel version 4.9.69

Can you please confirm whether there is anything missing from your end to enable the support for android Q with respect to BLE scan.
